This research was conducted to determine the effect of glucose supplementation in liquid semen diluent on quality Kampung Unggul Balitbangtan (KUB) spermatozoa. The chicken used is KUB as many 8 tails. procedure consists of; manufacture diluent, collection semen, dilution storage, and evaluation semen. Evaluation carried out motility, viability, abnormalities, plasma membrane integrity at 0 3 days storage. Data were analyzed using T-test compare spermatozoa with added into without addition glucose. able maintain motility 35.00 ± 11.50, viability 41.42 10.15, 82.94 7.42 5 o C storage for three days. study concluded that days, chickens survive can be a dose 10 mM.
